It's a bit of both, the sims took it from the old like 50's vids explaining the future industries. The song he was trying to replicate was something like this m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/fqyumpiJZdPJkrA.html he ended up having it sound like Mr sandman lol. He's actually parodying Simpsons episode also, look up Springfield a city on the grow. I know I'm very late with this haha

I was gonns say that taako is just jacksepticeyes Mrs applegate voice from kindergarten but then i realized this came first so jack was acctually doing a taako voice the whole time
