You might not have enjoyed painting the orcs, but they look reaaally good. Both armies are great results for the pain you guys went through :D

Thanks! Chuffed with how they turned out....just not the pain haha

The reason the game was so one sided is because with the Custodian combat patrol you have to choose between the bikes or the guard you can't take both. Great video though.

Unless you're 100% certain you're getting the majority of your army in on turn 1 charges, orks need to save the Waaaaaaagh! for turn 2 in 10th, in my experience. That said, even with the points imbalance, this isn't a good match-up for the orks. These are two melee armies, and the Custodes are just better in melee, so in a small game like this, where you can't just sacrifice a new unit to pin the Custodes in their deployment zone each turn, orks are really going to struggle.

You might want to spend a few minutes reading the rules for combat patrol before you start filming. Secondaries and how many units you can include in your army are pretty important things to know!

Secondaries were correct. Just assumed (wrongly) that you could use everything in the combat patrol box... like all the other boxes

@@the_kieran_show Technically, you gotta pick one or the other in the Gray knights box, but I think it matters way more for the custodes because they get like 4 units, and at most 15 models. (Also, I'm sorry for being the "well actually" guy)
