Coastal Georgia Fishing Tips from Captain Mark Noble a longtime Saint Simons Charter Captain

Спорт

Years of working with Captain Mark, I have a pretty good idea how to fish these local waters. However, my work in real estate puts me in contact with a lot of people who are relocating to our area and many ask me about fishing and how to get started fishing these coastal waters. I usually tell them it's best to book a charter with a local captain and then ask a lot of questions.
Well this is your chance to learn about some of the equipment and tactics that Captain Mark Noble uses to catch more fish. These are excerpts from Captain Mark Noble’s Outdoor Journal, his fishing series that ran for a couple of years back in the mid 2000’s. Those tips still work today.
Mark is still charter fishing and you can book him, or contact him for information on Thunder Chicken Popping Corks, by calling 912-638-7673 or check out his website at GoldenIslesFishing.com and at www.georgiafishing.net

If you are planning a vacation to Jekyll Island, Saint Simons Island or even Sea Island, you cannot go wrong with booking a charter with Capt. Mark Noble. I am the fisherman I am today because of my time spent with him. You can find him at www.www.georgiafishing.net

Great video. We live in the Cayman Islands, but we will be moving to Tybee Island in 5 months. We never live bait and Id say we fly fish 90% of the time. Shifting from Bones and permit to reds and trout will be interesting.

Hey guys, I'm an avid scuba diver and have visited George Town many times. I lived on Tybee many years ago on the back side of the island, you'll enjoy the island for sure. If you are interested, DM me with your email address and I'll send you a comprehensive coastal fishing booklet. I give this booklet to my real estate clients who express an interest in fishing our local waters when they move here. Gives advice on all things coastal Georgia fishing from where to go, what to look for and equipment to use. And it's free.

@@FishinFamily Hi John, I use a program called DotLoop in my real estate business to send secure and often large documents. The trout guide has a lot of pages and is too large for an attachment so I sent it via Dotloop to your email address. It has TONS of information you can use (if you don't see it, check your SPAM file). Hope you enjoy!

Do you have a hook recommendation for fishing the Thunder Chicken for reds and trout?

#6 Kahle hook. I prefer gold in color. You can go a little smaller too.
