I work at a golf course that has a 1998 EZ-GO that was designed to be a "ranger" cart. When you put the pedal down it will pop your back. Downhill I can hit 35, flat ground 25. Steering is deadly lol.

Ditch that Plum Quick motor and get a Navitas 5Kw motor with Navitas 600a controller. With those lithium batteries you will definitely run 35+ mph. I have the Bigbattery Husky 48V running with the Navitas motor/controller. Its a world of difference from when I first got my cart. 2018 CC Precedent lifted w/23" tires.

I'm interested to see what Plum Quick says about the motor. I've had it for 5 months and barely used it. Very frustrating

I can get 30mph on my 96 Club car Precedent with a Bandit motor and 14 inch tires and Trojan 48V batteries. I like what you done to your cart though.

It seems my Plum Quik Motor has failed. I'll be interested to see how the company handles this under their warranty policy. I originally thought it was the solenoid which I replaced with a 400 amp. The motor now click when being rolled back and forth in neutral and had a burning smell. Stay tuned for an update

Got my Plum Quik Paperweight back and the motor was stalled, so no warranty coverage. I don't understand how this happened, since the motor, controller, and lithium batteries are all brand new.....I'll take any comments or suggestions on how I should rectify this problem...Thank Ya!

Let me get this straight, your trying to get it up to 30 mph, so you bring a 200+lb man and a “120 lb kid to film? Seriously?
