Hey man. I believe it was something along the lines of; Elemental/lightning on armour/magic up X2/parry/first Strike/skill master/ATB stagger/refocus/hp up X2. Hope this helps 👍

Great time ! I finally got this challenge done today too . I think we all can agree this challenge is litterally impossible if Sephiroth doesn't use Lightning to heal Cloud XD . I have retried so many times because of this, god damn ...

I’ve played this game myself 6 times all the way through (a lot of parts over 10 times just for fun), have watched several KZreadrs entire play through of the game, and have watched even more KZreadrs Hard Mode/No Damage runs with bosses… And I still can’t get enough of this game…. What is wrong with me? Congrats on 200 subs also. Edit: 500 now! Nice

Thanks bro hope you're keeping well. Yeah Counterstance everytime for this fight. He's hyper aggressive so it plays to its strengths massively.

A few questions here! 1) How do you start the fight being able to do refocus? 2) Is there an accessory that helps build your limit gauge during this fight? 3) How will I be able to absorb Sephiroths thunder attacks as HP? Hi mate many thanks I appreciate it 👍 You start the fight with Refocus by using the Gotterdammerung accessory. You get this from defeating the Top Secrets Challenge in the Shinra combat simulator in chapter 17. The accessory gives you instant access to a limit break at be the start of each battle. Refocus is a limit break, which requires the Refocus materia to access. It partitions your ATB bar into 3, and refunds you 50% of your limit gauge back. The Gotterdammerung accessory then slowly refills your limit gauge during battle. Finally, you absorb certain elemental damage by pairing the elemental materia in your armour slot with the element of choice, in this case lightning. It has to be a linked armour slot to work. It is smart if you are able to go that stage of the fight while soloing in hard difficulty and successful at dogging other elements which at least is possible. Obviously best setup for a speed kill.

Bro said no healing but was healing though. 💀💀💀 No fr now. Exceptional 👌🏻

3:09 how do you cancel the combo string into the punisher defense stance?

I will never figure out/ understand sephi's phase change/ cutscene damage. Cloud does it sometimes and then sometimes it's sephi but at all times I am confused

you make sephiroth seem easy i tried immitating your counters to basically solo him with cloud, but i was dying often off chip damage so i had my 2 teammates heal me while i fought

It's such an intense fight. Love it 🔥

Personally, this fight is a cakewalk compared to the Arbiter to Fate. But still you can’t help but be MAD impressed with this, because this fight is still very close in difficulty to the long ass Arbiter of Fate fight.

I wish Sephiroth was a harder fight than Nero, Weiss, but even those aren’t hard once you figure them out. It would’ve been cool if he counter all your strike like Rufus , instead of being a HP sponge l,but there’s hope for later installments.

Yeah I agree with you. I think that's the nature of most bosses in general. Once you have a strat down then it's really very simple from then on. I don't think the Devs anticipated Weiss getting as bullied as he has and I expect more challenges in part 2 as a results.

Technically Sephiroth healed you with lighting, but good job.

Yeah, the general consensus for no damage or no healing runs has always been absorbing is fair game. Direct healing through spells or abilities is a no go. Thanks 👍

Try Sephiroth this way -> Buster only (No magic, No limit, No freaking heal possible) Good Luck ! 😄

He used the refocus materia. Gives you the refocus limit break which gives you 3 ATB bars
