Dang you don't even need to cast stop on shiva and you managed to take out leviathan before he starts flying around. Great job!👍

At 3:16, the Leviathan's stagger increases when you dodge after the Counterstance. Is this a property of Counterstance or just something that happens after Briny Bellow in that phase? Seems odd for it to get pressured after that.

Counterstance has a delayed hit after the attack and its the big hit too, the dodge doesn't do anything that helps the stagger

@@jianuzzi Huh, I had no idea. I knew that the next attack after the Counterstance hits has a ton of hitstop, but I didn't know it applied even if you didn't attack afterwards. Thanks!

@@NinetyNineNo The Counterstance ability allows Cloud to cleanly slice his foes, and the delayed big hit is essentially the wound inflicted by the slash that opens a few moments later. I know it is very show-off of Cloud. This maneuver is often seen in anime where a master swordsman cuts his foes, and the damage is inflicted on his foes only after he walks away and sheathes his sword.

Force Bracelet? Did you do an immensely difficult run while forgetting to do the switcheroo on the armour from solos with another character? I've done the same myself as I've been going through solos, but I've yet to do Top Secrets at all and wouldn't want to forget it for that fight!

I did that on purpose actually. I wanted limit break for Leviathan and force bracelet was the best for low defense limit build up

@@jianuzzi I wondered it it had to be something like that! I was so surprised, since I'm sure you put so much thought into these I struggled to imagine it was an error! Also, I'm still actually watching the fight... I skipped to the end to see the build first! Really really impressive. I've been going to your and Cloud CS's videos to learn things for my run, and I'm up to Top Secrets once I finish up with solo Aerith/Barret vs Monsters of Legend. So thank you for a wealth of information to help me out!

How do you get an immediate attack after ending combo @3:07? I always get a 1 second recovery time no matter how fast i hit the button.
