Beautiful. I don't eat shrimps so woll fill other ingredients. But, can you tell me if seeweed is for keeping it okay when frying? I know you can't fry these paper spring roll sheets. Thanks

你好!不貼海苔一樣會捲起來,只是凹處不會那麼大也會不規則,放入蝦鬆的凹巢表較小。

脆度可以保持1~2小時,如果放到密封的保鮮盒就可以保持久一點,稍微脆度不夠時可以放入的烤箱低溫烘烤一下恢復脆度
因爲家人吃素我想改放馬鈴薯沙拉或酪梨沙拉

越南皮炸好 放久還會酥脆嗎?

天氣乾燥脆度可以保持1小時,建議炸好冷卻後放到密封的保鮮盒要吃的時候在取出放上蝦鬆,稍微脆度不夠時可以放入的烤箱(低)溫烘烤一下恢復脆度

是的 就是米紙,市面上的米紙厚度有些差別,建議買厚一點的米紙,我買的是葵果出的越南春捲皮(米紙)在家樂褔買的給你參考一下
不知道是不是皮的味道 跟您用同款炸起來有個怪味

因該是您使用的越南春捲皮成分的問題,我使用的是葵果的越南春捲皮在家樂福買的,皮比較厚炸起來也沒有怪味,你可以試試
大家搜一下食物相克的资料,苹果不宜和海鲜,牛奶同食的。
