Im an HVAC tech/installer and I am so grateful when a customer moves their stuff out of the way for me to either repair or change out equipment. If they offer me a drink, food or lend a helping hand, I go above and beyond to make them happy. Customers that have me spending 30 minutes worth of moving their stuff just to get to their furnace, air handler, boiler......etc. put me in a "great" mood. Of course, if they're elderly or disabled they get a pass. However, most customers are able-bodied and know, way in advance, when I am coming and just don't care what's in my way.

Nice clean job Donald. It's the first time I ever see you use a pipe wrench to remove a cap. So those caps do unscrew off. The environment was very nice and clean. All you are missing is your easy chair, donuts and a warm cup of coffee.

In Minnesota we have floor clean-outs. Don't actually get the "geyser shooting sewage water". I do pulled out lots tree roots. I glad I never have open those clean-outs.

In this scenario when i was a drain cleaner I’d have pulled the toilet and went from there if there wasn’t a house trap. More work but less of a mess. I haven’t ran into a whole house trap in southern Ohio. I wonder if house traps where a state code requirement?

Te voy a hacer bien honesto amigo... no sé si tú eres un Plomero Autorizado por ley o sí eres cómo le llamamos acá en Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 un "chivero" que se gana la vida haciendo destapes de tuberías a bajo precio. Estoy consciente de que tú cobras bien barato pues ese destape que hiciste...acá lo mínimo se cobra sobre los $100 dolares-🇺🇲 en adelante como mínimo. Soy un Plomero Autorizado con más de 40 años de experiencia ejerciendo y ese trabajo el cual hiciste lo hago de una manera en lo máximo posible en evitar contaminar el suelo y más en un sótano con germenes y bacterias al formar esos derrames de aguas usadas. Primeramente utilizaría un envase plástico de gran capacidad y lo pondría justamente debajo de la "T" Sanitaria que dobla en dirección hacia la calle. Coloco dentro del envase una Bomba eléctrica sumergible con su respectiva manguera de descarga lo suficientemente larga para que descargue fuera del sótano hacia un pozo séptico o al registro sanitario de la ciudad y por último es que remuevo el tapón o el "clean out" plug para qué descargue toda esa cantidad de aguas usadas e inmediatamente activo la "SPARTAN" e introduzco el cable dentro de la tubería para entonces poder remover la obstrucción. Me evito así el inconveniente como decimos acá el tener que recoger todo el reguero de aguas usadas del suelo, así que saludos.

Some idiot actually went through some effort to re-install the useless house trap?? I’ve been a plumber for 30 years and I cut out at least 4 a month here in MA, just watch this channel and see why we cut them out, there’s a trap on every fixture no need for a house trap just a blockage waiting to happen
