Cleanest Foreclosed Property We've Had Yet...
Hey guys!
This foreclosed apartment is a new property we are going to start managing. We had to go here to check it out and take photos for the bank. We were VERY surprised at how clean it was, considering most of the foreclosures we manage are disgusting or need to be cleaned out.

I'm assuming that people buy the foreclosed homes that need to be renovated and than they can sell them. Well in the city it is hard to find houses that haven't been updated if a person is doing a realtor search which might be a good thing because people expect them to be ready.
Is this a single apartment, an apartment building, or a single condominium that was repossessed?

A single condominium. Theres about 240 units total in the building we were told.
