Claustrophobia: How to overcome fear of tight, crowded or confined spaces from the very root up.

In this video you will know what claustrophobia really is.
You will know what the symptoms are together with a crystal clear direction how to solve claustrophobia from the very root up.
Because only when we know and solve the root cause of the claustrophobia, we can heal the root together with its symptoms once and for all.
Claustrophobia is an anxiety disorder that causes an intense fear of enclosed spaces. If you get very nervous or upset when you're in a tight place, like an elevator or crowded room, you might have claustrophobia.
Some people have claustrophobia symptoms when they're in all types of closed-up areas. Others notice the problem only when they're in certain cramped spaces, like inside a small tunnel, a windowless room or a congested highway.
No matter where claustrophobia pops up for you, you can overcome it when you address the actual root cause.
Not having enough personal space or being in a small room can make some people feel anxious or trapped.
The anxiety can range from mild nervousness to a full-blown panic attack.
Symptoms of claustrophobia are:
Shortness of breath, Fast heartbeat, Sweating, Shaking or trembling, Nausea, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Hot flashes, Hyperventilation, Chest tightness or pain, Confusion or disorientation, Headache, Numbness, Choking sensation, Urge to use the bathroom
...
Claustrophobia is one of the most common phobias.
You don’t have to feel ashamed that you do have claustrophobia, because we all develop one phobia or another, before we address the actual root cause. The root cause of claustrophobia is...:

I hate claustrophobia so much & it’s getting worse the older I get. I’m so desperate to find a solution. I can be in an open space & just the thought alone of being closed in makes me begin panicking. I even kind of panicked seeing the thumbnail from this video.

I am not sure why comments on this videos are mean but it shows one thing - people want a quick fix for their problems without wanting to take personal responsibility. This man is educating everyone the CORE ISSUES of every single problem in this world. What he's saying here is to look and accept your emotions. And that it's okay to feel not okay. Every disease we have at the core is unresolved trauma and conditioning. He went very deep. I think his titles are fitting. If anyone thinks they can solve their issue with one video, you're really asking for too much. Instead of being grateful for videos like this exist, you CHOSE to react negatively. Even if you go to a therapist you'll need several dozens session before showing improvements. Message of the video - look deep and resolve your core wounds and you'll begin to see why you have your problems. Will it take one video? No, it will take months and years. And it's worth it.

I feel claustrophic when I feel trapped. Mostly when I surrounded by people preventing me from moving (for example in the center of a group hug). The realization that I can leave a situation I feel trapped in really helped me with claustrophobic settings not involving others.

When I was in highschool , this intense felling of enclosed spaces, started and i thought I was the only one having this kind of condition, especially when i boarded a car i would reterally call someone near the window to open up, but my. Condition now have improved, when I went to the driving school, i. Trained my mind to relax and to overcome that fear especially in elevator's

So far I am 3 minutes into it and I am liking his explanation. Now what’s my unsolved “ emotional damage” ? I wasn’t always Clausto? It started about 8 years ago on a flight from Buenos Aires to Washington DC. I was having a dream and all of a sudden I felt pulled out from the dream into reality. Opened my eyes and everyone was sleeping. Since then couldn’t sleep and had to change from my fav window seat to an aisle seat. I cant seat in the middle seat of a passenger vehicle without praying under my breathe unless it’s like for 10mins drive. Elevators I am okay.

Thanks Mihai, you are correct, we can not keep our mask of pretending flawless. I used to focus on others who in my believe had to change. But only after having solved within myself what they made me feel, after being radical honest with myself how I behaved like that too sometimes, together with a change of perspective of how I saw them, not only changed me, but my entire reality around me.
