Well Kansas did win the first game. Kansas already had the conference championship locked up in the second game. In the third game, KU did not have their head coach. And when was the last time Texas made it far in the tournament?

Why? Texas is good, final four good. But so is Kansas. Kansas from start to finish played great all season. A couple hiccups along the way. And lastly, Kansas didn’t have self or Mccular against Texas in tbt championship. If they do, Texas does not win by double digits if they win at all. Not taking away from their Victory. They’re a great team and I think the big 12 makes a lot of noise this tournament

@@dinhadzidedic9178 Texas is a great team and deserved the win against Kansas. I’m glad they aren’t in KU’s bracket. Texas was good but mediocre relative to their talent level after the Beard scandal. They let Kansas State score 115+ on them but have improved defensive throughout the year. Tourney seeding is based on the entire year not as heavy on recent games and it much easier to win a three game conference tourney than winning the regular season because you have to be consistently good. That isn’t to downplay the Big 12 tourney because I would’ve been stoked if KU won it. I could see Texas making elite 8 or final four easy

Duke is 19-1 when healthy. They have a young team that had to work through injuries. Now they are healthy I think they are a top 5 team in the country.

Tigers are definitely the sleeper team. FAU is a tough 1st game match-up. I think Memphis is battle tested enough to win

I hate that they’re in Houston’s region. I wanted to see a potential Houston vs Texas matchup in the final 4 or championship game. Instead it’s an elite 8 match-up. If that happens, I think it will be the best game of the tourney, and whoever wins that game cuts down the nets at the end of the tourney
