Each family surely has that special dish that's a must in every family gathering. Mine is the Clam in Superior Soup, also known as Siong Tong Lala. It's spicy, packed with the flavor of the sea, and most definitely comforts our souls! Soups, especially traditional Chinese ones like this, give a lot of benefits to us cause there are tons of herbs in them. A favorite in my home, and hopefully now in yours too! We 🫶🏼 soups! 🍲

Sherson Lian kicked off his TV career with (and still is!) hosting ‘5 Rencah 5 Rasa’ on TV3 Malaysia, a cooking show that has been on the air the past 10 years, with 24 seasons and 1500+ recipes and counting!
