I think mainly listen to your body, if you feel good after 5 hours of sleep then thats enough for you, but if not maybe try sleeping more. I agree. Sleep is actually considered even more crucial then diet and exercise as the body cleans up and restores during sleep and so if you are not getting sleep you are going to suffer physically and mentally and put yourself at risk of illnesses down the road. The problem is, especially in youth culture, cutting sleep is considered trendy and cool so many will forfeit sleep to fit in with peers. All the greatest athletes and those at the apex of their craft always talk about how important sleep is. I always make sure I get around 8 maybe 9 hours of sleep a night and if I don't I really feel it.

  • @billj4525

    @billj4525

    20 күн бұрын

    @@greenkitty82 Well sleep is essential, you can't just not sleep at all. Diet and exercise will do more for your physical and mental health though. You will likely see more of a change is what i'm saying. It depends though, if you're getting like 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night, then you'll see a bigger change in your health with more sleep for sure, if you get it under control. Generally though most people at least get reasonable sleep, which is why I said you would notice more health improving benefits to something like changing your diet and exercise, as opposed to a little bit of extra sleep. They can't really be compared I guess. Sleep is a requirement, at least on some level it is. Exercise and a good diet really isn't required. It depends where you stand on diet and exercise before changing and where you stand on sleep before sleeping more. There are many reasons they're hard to compare. I absolutely notice it when I sleep badly for several days in a row. There were times I had insomnia badly for a few days and my memory was very clearly worse. I was forgetting everything, and just couldn't remember things that I normally would. My eyes also look weird, and are not opened as widely when severely sleep deprived, almost like slightly shut. Sleep is very important to me, and I also try to average 8-10 hours a night though.

    Introverts often require more time alone to recharge and process their thoughts and emotions. This means that they may feel overwhelmed by social interaction and require more downtime to rest and rejuvenate. Sleep is crucial for introverts to fully detach from the demands of the outside world and restore their mental and emotional energy. It allows them to reset and prepare for the next day, where they may need to navigate social situations and interactions once again. In this way, sleep is not just a physical necessity for introverts, but also a vital tool for maintaining their mental and emotional well-being.

    Firstly, Cillian, I am a fan of yours ever since I started loving films at a very young age. I have watched every single movie you are in, and you always inspire me. You gave me a dream of acting, and now I am trying my best to be an amazing actor like you are someday, even if it seems impossible. You are a great man, you are humble, always caring to your loved ones, and your dedication cannot be compared to any other actor in this planet. As a superfan who grew up watching your movies, your acting, almost my entire life, it was just a dream come true. I know you are tired of fame, you know the paparazzi and all are very stressful, and for me too, seeing you having more and more fans makes me sad for some reason, maybe because you are not a unknown, new actor that only I love anymore. I respect your very private life, not involving yourself on social media is a wise choice. Cillian, your movies, your acting was the things that got me through tough times when I couldn't rely on anyone else. When I was lonely and sad, when I was stressed out. Maybe if it wasn't for your movies, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I remember being a young child and teenager, just crying in bed, thinking about how meeting you will be impossible and to be honest, being jealous of your sons and wife hahaha. I have always dreamt of meeting you someday but it is getting harder now, I hope that my dream will come true in the near future. Thank you so much. Your attitude about fame and life is something very inspiring. I never fail to learn something new, something very valuable, something very inspiring from your interviews and your lifestyle. Seeing you in a movie with such a great cast, director and crew was just a dream come true. I had always dreamt of you getting the attention you deserved in the near future and I am glad that now you get the attention you deserve although you deserve more. I would also like to thank you for just being someone to look up to, a role model, for me ever since I was a kid. Thank you so much. This movie, the awards you received, and the many awards that you are about to receive is just the beginning. Your talent will soon be revealed to the world and you will get even more attention that you deserve. I am so happy to see you happy in a while, you look very happy here, or maybe it's because I have seen a lot of videos where you don't look very happy. I hope that only happy things will happen to you now, and I hope that my dream will really come true someday. I have supported you from the beginning of your journey until now, and I am proud to call myself a fan of yours. I will always be there to support you until the end of line, and I really hope to meet you and talk to you as a fellow actor. I don't have the words, I don't have the time to type all the things I am grateful to you, all the things you did to make my life better. You now are a part of my life, someone I cannot imagine to live without. Thank you so much for everything. Next stop, Academy Award! Can't wait for your speech at the Oscars! ❤

    Nice interview! Thoroughly enjoyed it. While I have not seen Oppenheimer yet, I will definitely give it a watch. This interview makes me now want to see it. As for the sleeping bit...its a bit odd to even bring it up. To be fair - no one should fault Cillian Murphy for needing his sleep! The body requires a certain amount to function normally. He already put a lot of stress on his body with losing so much weight for Oppenheimer. So he definitely needs the sleep! I came away with a lovely impression of Cillian and his very charming life as well!

    Thank you for your feedback! I am glad you enjoyed the interview and I hope you enjoy watching Oppenheimer as well. It's important to prioritize self-care, especially after putting so much effort into a role like Cillian did. I'm glad you found Cillian charming and likable, he truly is a talented and dedicated actor. Enjoy the movie!

    I envy those who can operate on minimal sleep, but I know that I need my full eight hours to be at my best. It's frustrating, but I've come to accept it and prioritize good sleep hygiene for my overall well-being. It's important to listen to our bodies and give them what they need to function optimally, even if it means sacrificing some extra time for sleep. So, as much as I wish I could be one of those superhuman individuals who can function on minimal sleep, I'll continue to prioritize my rest and make the most of the hours I do have in the day.

    , especially for those who work long hours or have busy schedules. It can be difficult to find the time to prioritize sleep when there are so many other demands on our time and energy. However, getting enough rest is crucial for both physical and mental health, so it is important to make sleep a priority whenever possible. It may require making adjustments to our routines or schedules, but investing in quality sleep can have a significant impact on our overall well-being. Remember, sleep is not a luxury - it is a necessity.
