It’s hard but the most beautiful and satisfying work, relationship. Just today I read on fb the creeds of one of my male friends to his girlfriend, how he loves her, and his kids, the most in the whole world. But he left mother of his kids when they were little and lived with many women as a free man, sacrificed, and hard work on, nothing. But this xth girlfriend definitely will be the right one. Relationship and beauty come when romance fade. And it’s only for REAL MEN.

He is ridiculously handsome. Those eyes! What a lovely, grounded man. He has his priorities sorted out. I'm so happy for him that he has a lovely family to go home to after the craziness of showbusiness.

A man of deep character is always so attractive, no matter what they look like. So glad he’s a strong family man who adores his wife.

The Irish ARE very good about respecting the privacy of famous folk and not making a huge fuss over them when they are out and about. They are embraced as part of the community with the same needs and rights as anyone, not fodder for hysteria or a means toward pseudo-fame through association. I have seen this personally by meeting certain well-known Irish musicians and seeing them mingle with their neighbors. So much better than in America.

I was lucky. At 32 I , a widow with a 7 yr old daughter met man divorced that very day.I told him it was a sha.e we met so soon...I had been widowed a year and knew my mind...who I am ...I am a professor of clin8cal psycholgy. He said he had never met any woman like me and avid sailor since childhood, a voraciois reader, and passionantly devoted to helping people heal and training other psychologists. In our heart we knew the night we met the other was "the one" but I toold him what I wpuld have told anyone ...wit a year adj7st, date other women, be sure what you really want in the other person. He quickly said, "I want you." I said we will wait , no hasty decisions. And we did. A year later he said, "I have dated no one else...I knew you were the one"...I hadnt either We were together 41 beautiful years...He passed away peacefully in his sleep 2 years ago after 41 years together. I was the luckiest of women.

A smart, kind and humble man. I hope he wins the Oscar for Oppenheimer, so that many more people can see that success and happiness are absolutely possible with good values!

This is exactly what I wanted for Myself. Just marry someone and live a quiet, ordinary life. Instead I dated someone who painted himself as a Cillian Murphy but then wanted me to sleep with other men for his pleasure and let him sleep with other women. Plus emotionally abusive and condescending. The last straw was when I got pregnant and he was mad and said he did not want the baby, was not ready. It is good to see there really are real men out there.

A beautiful looking man indeed , and so looking confident and comfortable in his own skin . Im so happy some people do not fir a minute buy into the fame game . He is exceptional in every kind of way . A true loyalist to himself .

Dude…..great blend between narration, visual, and quotations from the star. Kudos.

He got onto the train carriage I was on one day with his sons(in South Dublin). I noticed him straight away. However, not one other person did as they all had their heads buried in their mobile phones. It wasn't a crowded carriage either so no problem spotting him if they bothered. He was totally unassuming in his manner. When we got off the train (at the same station) he approached an information desk where a young girl was working with her back to him. When she turned around she looked shocked. He simply smiled, asked his question and carried on with his boys.

If every man was as humble & dedicated to his wife what a wonderful world it would be, cause in life you can have everything but if you don’t have family you have nothing but emptiness. What a lucky woman your wife is. She has the most appreciated man who loves her so much

Same. 28 days later was just, a new level for me as a zombie flick fanatic... the scene in the church was so disturbing, yet so so perfect. I remember thinking there was something special about that actor, Cillian and later films he has been in have not dissapointed.

@@FF-ou4rk Yeah. Cillian's reactions when he saw the infected priest in the church was just incredible. The look of sadness at first, when he saw the corpses, then the look of wariness as the priest was behaving weird, before he had a look of remorse after he hit the priest. His acting was just spot on. And I love the ending of the movie when Jim (Cillian) takes out the soldiers one by one with the help of the infected, while also saving Selena and Hannah from getting r@ped by the soldiers. 28 Days Later is also my favorite Cillian Murphy movie. Cillian's acting was just spot on. And I'm glad he finally got a lead role in a huge Hollywood movie (Oppenheimer), because he really deserves it. I'm just surprised he hasn't been given the lead role in a big Hollywood movie 20 years ago, as he has a bigger talent than MANY of the Hollywood stars today!

My top 3 favorite person/actors are Cilian Murphy, Mads Mikkelsen, and Shin Ha Kyun I have so much respect and love them so so much.

So thrilled that Cillian moved back to Ireland! It’s a wonderful beautiful, place to raise a family!

I had no iddea who this actor was until Oppenheimer. . While i have not watched the movie yet, i became interested in who he was. Thank you for a very good summary of this actor. I found it interesting and I love his old fashioned values. Wish ore Hollywooders were more humble like him Thats why he is such a great actor. Authentic.

He plays Tommy's character very well because the same thing between the role and him is management skill, that's why he can manage his private life and fame.

He is a fantastic actor who inhabits his characters so completely. One of the few men of his generation who has not been typecast and is willing to take risks in the variety of roles and genres he invests himself in. Being Irish has a lot to do with his stability, I think. Community remains very important in Ireland, along with respect for his privacy and family life.

I don’t see how he walks around with a face that beautiful and not be famous. If he was never in films that face alone would get him attention. If I saw him in person I would turn into stone . You would have to slap me awake.

I also think this actor choosing to commit to one woman when he did shows a decent side of him. He was still young and didn't have to choose that route, yet still did! That's a cool thing imho.

He doesn't have any tattoos. Any that you see are for his work and are fake. But he does have 2 earrings holes in his left ear. You can see him utilize them in him movie, 'In The Heart of the Sea's. His character is Matthew Joy.
