I think about it in terms of ideals. Ideally they say men want women under 30, childless and fit. Some women that don’t fit into that ideal feel no one would want them. But men date and marry outside their ideals all the time when they meet women exceptional in other areas.

Men do not change behavior based on whether or not you're the one. This is Russell's character as a husband, as a man. There are several man who are married and believe their wife is the one but they cheat and they're abusive. They're abusive behavior won't change suddenly if he finds a girl he's more attracted to.

A guy knows what he wants RIGHT AWAY. If he says he’s not sure within a couple dates, he’s cappin! If he wants a house he will put a down payment, if he wants a car badly he will take it out the lot, if he wants a specific shoes he will purchase it or find ways to get it. Don’t ever let a man make an excuse on why y’all not together.

For the first time in my life I am experiencing real love and feeling blessed to be with my partner and he feels the same way about me, he is consistent I never really have to initiate contact, it feels easy, no gaps in communication. I have learned that when you meet the right person all those strategies go out of the window, don't be needy, have a busy/your own life, be authentic, have a bit of mystery and it will all be good..

Men don’t really care about sex when they’re secure and when they see a future with you. Men with integrity and good character don’t focus on that and appreciate a woman controlling the pace. As long as you are affectionate and communicate your desire for them by being friendly, soft, kind you can sustain their interest with that.

A person who doesn’t have this healthy masculinity, feelings of being a protector; will not be able to get past that this child is not their own and they will be inconsistent with the step child throughout the relationship. That’s why it’s safer for most single moms to raise their kids and date later in life.

It’s not because he loves ciara so much, it’s because he loves God that he treats her and her children so well

To be honest. Having a belief in anything higher than your self and having it a part of your life is a HUGE green flag. The only men that have lied and been deceitful were the ones that had no values or faith in god.

You can have your mind made up that a particular person doesn't deserve you, and that you definitely do deserve better, But when you got cheated, and not chosen, even though you've finally moved on, Your memories of the outcome of the situation is that "I GOT CHEATED, I somewhat MISSED OUT" But after watching this, I can't even explain how liberating you've made me feel on an old memory that I don't even care about, it's like the closure I never needed, Because the way that I look at it now is, IT COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH WORST!
