For one turn the other cheek is not a contradiction, Matthew is addressing revenge and making a point that vengeance belongs to the father only. 2. According to scholars Jehoiachin was crowned twice, once as an heir to his father's throne at age 8 an again at 18 where he only reigned for 3 months. My advice: Instead of searching "Bible contradictions" just read it for yourself. And read ALL of that chapter and surrounding chapters then you'll have proper understanding. I can take a couple verses from the middle of any book and turn it into a contradiction...that's why we don't read books like that. And if you really can't be bothered to read it all then a quick google search can help.

Really makes me wonder what was going on. That is totally unnatural that a mother would jump out of a car, leaving her children behind with a drunk car thief or kidnapper. Thoughts come to my mind that maybe he was trying to steal the children for child trafficking, that she knew him and wanted them gone. All sorts of crazy thoughts are running through my head, because I can't imagine a "mother" showing such a lack of concern about her kids.

@@jonjonson4826 There are many things to live for. Heroes have things they’d die for. Freedom, family, God, country. How would you feel if it were your children being kidnapped and the bystanders had your attitude? “Hey, not MY kids.” That’s why this world is so miserable. Everyone is concerned with themselves. Cowards might have a long life, but heroes change lives. You wouldn’t have the freedom you have today if not for heroes who died for that right. We’re in the process of losing our freedom here in America. Your children will likely live under a dictator at some point in their lives. But hey, you’ll all hopefully have nice long lives.

Thanks to the Churchgoers for saving the children. This could have ended in rape and murder for the children, thank GOD these young men stepped up and help this family.

That was done by the aid of the sweet loving Lord, our Gracious Great God. Without Him, the rescue would have been impossible.

I don’t think I could have let him leave while breathing. I’m not a tough guy but when my kids safety is at steak than it’s him or me.

That's what my church is were all helping each other and checking in on each other since my church is extremely small and in a rural area and we all support Lgbtq and I'm a member too 😁 but yeah I wish there were more Christians uniting and helping each other
