You can't sentence a judge for something he or she is legally allowed to do. In America, it's supposed to be innocent till proven, not guilty till proven innocent. Judges are supposed to be objective and are not supposed to assume that just because a person is charged, that they're guilty.

Unfortunately she made the mistake of just walking past him planning on minding her own business even though a strange man was at the bottom of the steps just standing there. If it doesn't feel right DON'T GO! wait until he leaves if you see that. It's ok to turn back around and go upstairs. If all of a sudden he picks up his bag and follows then he's trouble run for it! It's to dangerous to ignore signs or be polite thinking he's just waiting for someone. If you know someone go ask can they walk you down if you encounter something like this. And if anyone sees him that owns a gun put a bullet in him.

SHE made NO mistake..she was simply going home..as with most apartments here its always someone standing in the hall way or stair case..she just thought of it as another regular day. Coming from a rape victim..when you have an everyday routine of going home, going to school..etc etc..you dont really think of things like this. Now, its different for me though..I am paranoid every time I step out my door and everyone to me is a potential predator..

Sickening lol that's only a chock. I've seen a case somewhere in Mexic or South America a woman's face was cut on horizontal from the nose area and her hands were cut off completely from the wrists. She wasn't even able to scream for help anymore but only to die slowly and painfully while someone was filming her closely. That was the most sickening thing I ever saw in my life.

Castration doesn’t work, unfortunately, because this type of sex offender just uses something else, hands, adult toys etc to rape/molest instead. The end result is the same for the victim. Without going into detail here, the offender still receives gratification albeit in a slightly different way. I worked in Corrections for years and unfortunately there is no cure, as such, for sex offenders, the best they can offer is behaviour modification.

I was actually watching something on that yesterday on prime. Surgical and chemical castration on inmates. Some wanting it to be free of those urges. They reported no arousal at the thought of anything sexual (young boys in this case ..it was a pedophile documentary)

@@IamRose718 Well, there’s a couple of issues with that, ‘no arousal at the thought of anything sexual (young boys…’ means no arousal period !! over anything/anyone, this makes offenders less keen. It’s very difficult to prove that 100% - because there are no children in prison. The psych team can wire up the offenders and ‘measure’ them, whilst showing them pictures and video, but if what they are seeing isn’t their trigger ( I’m trying to keep this vague, for obvious reasons) they don’t show any reaction. too old ‘too young - you get the idea ? There are a bunch of variables, which aren’t suitable for this forum. Corrections can, and sometimes do, monitor offenders in real time 24/7 by satellite, that is effective - depending on all of the info that’s entered on computer before the monitor is fitted. If they stray from the road on their way to work for example, the Office is notified immediately - by a series of alarms and maps, take too long getting to work - same thing. I asked once, why this system isn’t used on more offenders. The answer ( Govt Dept ) was the phenomenal cost involved, anything requiring 24/7 satellite usage usually has a LOT of zeros after the dollar sign. Personally, I am of the opinion that anything that safeguards the most vulnerable members of our society shouldn’t have a price tag 🏷 but who am I, - nobody.

carry is good, but only if you're trained to use it effectively. if a woman just goes out and buys a gun without actually training to use it properly, her attacker can very easily just take it away from her and use it against her. that's a huge point that a lot of people miss. if most women aren't likely to get trained in self defense or martial arts, then most women also aren't likely to get trained in how to use a gun properly. just saying.

I just relocated to the state where my Mother was staying alone. She's 66 years old and seeing how hell has released all it's spawn on Earth I had to be close to her. It was a sacrifice but I wouldn't feel like living if one of these animals were to hurt her... especially like this. I encourage the decent people to find their ambitions and dream in life in protecting your loved ones also. It's about preservation now and protecting our most vulnerable! @black flash(zoom) , I don't wear jewelry. I dress down. I always check my surroundings and I always put on a "don't even try it face" when I'm out there in the concrete jungle. However, I come from a place where they say, " if you bring some, ya gonna get some!"
