CDA Parasail staff save child from kidnapping attempt

Staff from Coeur d'Alene Parasail stepped in to help a 10-year-old boy escape from an attempted child enticement incident. Surveillance video shows a man approaching the Couer d'Alene Parasail booth with a child. According to the Coeur d'Alene Police Department, the victim approached several employees at CDA Parasail and told them a man tried to get him into one of the nearby boats.

    Note the boy's protective body language throughout, with his arms folded over his chest. Notice the passer-by enticed by the boy, having a protective body language with his arms folded. The boy imitated him. The adult took the initiative to walk toward the end of the pier, full of cameras and site of a manned booth. The parasailers did the right thing but at a risk for their reputation. Then after police was involved, the investigation, although abundantly rich with witnessing, with video and the quality of the passer-by explanation (a top lawyer himself) led to NOTHING illegal. The result is that the parasailers still could lose their business for what they did getting involved BEYOND the purported protection of a kid. A lie (typical lawyer stuff) about being father or not is not punished by any imaginable law.

    If most of our countries held a referendum on pedophiles at this point im sure 99.9% of people would happily vote for the death penalty. No one wants these creeps on the streets anymore. Not that we ever did, but its getting so beyond a problem at this point and our prisons are already overflowing, the best thing we can do for society at large is to give instant death sentences. Even if you havent committed a crime yet, if you are caught trying to kidnap a child, caught using CP etc it should be an instant death sentence. This is the only way to deter these creeps and if it doesn't deter them them then they deserve what is coming. No child should have to have their lives ruined by a groomer. These pitiful sentences and being allowed back into public on bail have to stop right now! I have custody of my nephew and when he first came to me at the age of 12 there were a lot of issues where he would run off. Usually it was unexpected and I just had to wait until he came back out for brought back but one day I caught up to him and I grabbed him by the arm and try to get him in the car and he started yelling to this random guy that he didn't know me. I wasn't letting go of my kid because he would have taken off again but I s stood right there and I told him I encourage you to call the police because I know I would in the same situation. All three of us stood there until police came and sorted it out. Until that moment , that guy was certain that I was a kidnapper LOL. I thanked him for his concern. Cops told me my kid needed a good ass whooping. I agreed and that's exactly what I did when I got home. Yeah yeah I know. Spanking doesn't work, which is strange because that was the last time he ever did that. He's 15 now and so spoiled I would literally have to throw him out the door to get rid of him LMAO

  • @remylagouler1508

    @remylagouler1508

    Good story. This spanking was profitable. Kids have better and closer relationships with all internet connections than adults and therefore are aware of the pervasive American paranoïa about kidnapping. They take advantage of it. In case you had managed to drag him into your car, then departed, a full fledged investigation would have been launched and would have mobilised a police team, maybe for weeks. Once located, your relationship with your nephew would have been scrutinized and he might have finished sent to the social services and you to jail. In fact figures show that there are no more kidnappings per US inhabitants today than there were 60 years ago. By then, a story like "CDA parasail staff save a child" would have made everyone laugh laud and shrug shoulders. But then no internet ....

    Why "child enticement" and not "attempted kidnapping"? There are several witnesses to testify that he lied and said he was the child's father in order to kidnap him. And why does an attempted child kidnapper get out of jail so quickly?

  • @AllenHanPR

    @AllenHanPR

    Kidnapping requires moving the person from one location to another. He never officially "moved" the kid Also, Kidnapping is 3-8 years if convicted. Child Enticement is min 10 years. So Child Enticement he will have guaranteed 10 year jail time. If they tried to charge him with Kidnapping, he would get away with it, cause he never officially move the kid.

The child was swimming and engaged conversation with someone onshore. He then was pulled out of the water and dressed himself. He continued exchanging with the guy while walking toward the end of the pier, not toward a car or a boat. Here the supposed would-be "predator" knows exactly what he is doing. He is a very well-known family lawyer who graduated first of the class in his university. He has a solid law firm in Spokane. His knows his face is perfectly visible and he does not hide. He knows the pier is full of cameras. He never tries to entice the boy to do anything. The boy is visibly on a seducing-seduced mode until he decided to reverse to a childish basic behavior, remembering all the "wise" lessons he was fed with at school and at home. Of course real kidnappers often have a bit similar behaviors but only because, in order to understandably speak to someone, it is necessary to be close. I disagree. While it would seem obvious that this dude was in fact having ill intentions, I can only imagine someone geniuenly bored and just chatting up a kid, wrongfully being taken as child enticement and carrying 25 year sentence for just being friendly. 25 years is what some murderers get, calm down.
