The neighbor looks at the truck real quick, gives a look tward the side yard as if she knows what's about to happen, crosses behind the vehicle parked in the driveway, takes another look down that side yard(1) (seconds lost from footage ) does a (possibly staged b.c. of the front camera) shocked look(3) a quick jog on the lawn, and not only not runs from the guy who is openly carrying a gun(2), but hides behind his truck. (1) Just an educated guess, but it's most likely the victim was getting beetun up at this point. The look on the woman's face was like she wanted to make sure an ambush was happening as planned. (2) This guy ran up to finish the job. (3) It's possible the shock was genuine because she saw something happening at the side of the house that she did not expect. Could've been anything. Maybe the victim managed to floor one of the guys beeting on him in the case of (1). I don't know how anyone can't see this as a set up by the neighbor. I can't say if the sheuting was also part of the plan, but bringing 2 guys in with 1 waiting it sure looks like she wanted the man to get hert real bad

They need to lock up that female neighbor. She masterminded the whole thing.

Let me change this whole narrative you're attempting to create: that particular verse is from the song "Only God can Judge Me" and is only half of the stanza. The whole stanza is *"I've been trapped since birth, cautious cause I'm cursed and fantasies of my family in a hearse. And they say it's the white man I should fear, but it's my own kind doing all the killin' here."* Tupac is alluding to the fact about being a Black man in America, trapped in between the hostilities of being unwanted in a "white mans world" (another song) and the violence perpetrated in our own communities. Which has its current roots in governmental oppression through operations such as COINTELPRO and "Preventing the Rise of a Black Messiah."

They *followed* him around the side, so that isn't concerning. However, the neighbor's actions are suspicious. At 1:40 she looks back toward the truck as if she knew there would be someone coming from that direction 'anytime now'. She then stops dead in her tracks, turns around and walks behind the car instead of continuing to the back where the rest of them went. It's almost like she saw it coming. Very strange.

I don't think she had anything to do with it. I think the guy who got killed had been complaining to her and she probably told him "you will have to talk to them". She then calls them and walks them over to let him talk to them. She had no idea they were prepared to murder the guy. She seemed genuinely scared, if she had been in on the killing she would not have been running around like a headless chicken. I'm sure these idiots will be caught in about a week. The camera caught their faces and their truck.

The prosecutors office declined to file charges, then it went to a grand jury who decided not to move forward with charges. Just because it’s off camera doesn’t mean this man was not the aggressor. He apparently pulled a gun out and aimed it at someone first, then the shooter ran up to protect his associate. This case was closed almost immediately aka they had some pretty damning evidence that the deceased was the aggressor.

Honestly I've witnessed hits placed by people with mental issues. I lived on the streets for a bit over 2 and a half years. In a not so good area. And I've seen people get knocked senseless with broken skulls, shootings, stabbings. None of it was even worth the trouble. A lot of it was literally over just the aspect of being disrespectful. Like talking shit behind someone's back, caused the shit talker getting stabbed. People react violently just because they think they'd be considered weak if they don't. But don't realize it takes more restraint and control to NOT react that way. You should only react with violence as a last resort.
