About the Speaker:
Iga Stasiak is a wildlife health specialist with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment. She obtained her veterinary degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in Canada in 2007. After a stint in private practice, she completed her Doctor of Veterinary Science degree in zoological medicine and pathology at the University of Guelph and Toronto Zoo before pursuing a career as a wildlife veterinarian. Prior to joining the Ministry of Environment in 2018, she worked as a wildlife veterinarian in the Northwest Territories and Kentucky.
