I'm with you on the Dickens: I've got David Copperfield lined up for the Christmas week. I've nearly finished Picador's 'The Chandler collection volume 3.': his short stories before Marlowe. I read all those Moorcock books when I was about 12-13. Hawkmoon was my favourite.

Reading David Copperfield, on a three chapters a week schedule. This makes the story more enjoyable and digestible. You mentioned Hippocampus Press which reminded me that I recently acquired their edition of The Metal Monster by A. Merritt. I am informed Uncle Abe wrote page turning thrillers. Scott, I will be reading the last Cool and Lam novel of Erle Stanley Gardner-All Grass isn't Green. I recently got a nice used paperback and am looking forward to it. I will also be reading some John Cheever stories . Donovan's Brain by Curt Siodmak is also on my list. As for Denny O'Neill-let me know when his collaborations with Neil Adams on Green Lantern/Arrow and Batman come out. I go way back to when your radio show started in the early 30s and it always bothered me when your Rossini theme music was lifted and became associated with the Lone Ranger show. A fiery bird with the speed of light, a cloud of dust and a hearty Hi-Yo Dodo!
