this controversy was created by the press (Greeny et al) and the like/follow sycophants (you all will have to look that up). There is none. According to CC there is no problem. She handled it like a pro. The one+ year selection process is designed to create, team-build, practice, play exhibitions and international tournaments so they play as a unit. It gives an extremely strong squad and gold medal favorite a chance to bond.

I’m pretty sure that was said in confidence. Not cool for the coach to quote her on that. I’m really starting to wonder about Sides. Sitting the starters out for half the game is not good coaching, at all. People are going to stop coming if they don’t get to watch Caitlin play. $500 a ticket and driving for hours? She’s gonna lose them. I know I turned the game off in the 4th when I realized she was just punishing the starters. She may not be right for the Fever. They might need a more experienced coach.

I don't think it was said at all in the way that Sides said it was. The Olympics call occurred while Caitlin was sleeping on the bus & the call woke her up. Get it now why she said they awakened a sleeping g monstdr! She was annoyed by being woke up. But Sides used the remark against Caitlin. I hate Sides. Caitlin is a decent human. being.

I was counting seconds and possible ball possessions at the end and my mom said, ‘don’t jinx them!’ LOL. I’m so glad they won. I’m not at all looking forward to Sunday’s game. I don’t like teams that play dirty.
