Or Caitlin is being guarded by the best women basketball players on the planet. If Raven Johnson held Caitlin, why would the veteran guards not do the same. Give Clark some grace though and time to get stronger and maybe quicker.

CC building houses and can't play defense. She didn't play defense in college just shot 3 from half court. You call that the number one player in college.

She did play defense in college. Did you watch her? She wasn’t just a 3 point shooter either she had plenty of shots in the paint.

She criticized her 5 players to the press. Maybe save that for the locker room!

@seanogs They played the #2 team in the WNBA. Brianna Stewart and crew ain't no joke. So I, personally don't think the Fever lazy. They gotta work on their defense and work hard. Plus Clark and Boston new to this type of athleticism.

Uh, Angel Reese was picked 7th overall. and wasn't even picked first by her own team. I don't understand the obsession by a few people with Reese. She's a solid player, but there were six better players picked ahead of her.

They don't run any noticeable offense. They play way too far from the basket. Got to do a better job coaching.

Don't blame Catlin for others crap play. A big that is to slow and other guards not good either. I feel they are blaming her.

No matter who they picked it will still be the same as she will hold them back as well. All talk...talk is 💩. We all have seen the very first game CC HAD with the Iowa Hawkeyes on her freshman year. Her coach made her be herself so she lead and made good progress with the team in the 4 years CC was with them..chemistry was good.

Running up and down court side does NOT make Sides a good coach. Sides is the worst thing to happen to Caitlin Clark. Coach Sides, this is not about you. If Clark would leave, the stands would be empty

She knows CC is a liability on defense

Coach, maybe you should actually coach the players to be better defenders, and not rip them in public. And maybe you don't tell CC not to shoot.

Coach is insecure. She knows her coaching job is at risk. Similar to Darvin Ham and the Lakers. Continually throwing guys under the bus to detract attention away from himself and his poor coaching and preparation. That same thing is happening here... reality is, she doesn't know what she's doing offensively. Defense is a problem, but it's not the MAIN problem. What's the point of defending if you can't score on the other end... hence the blowout loss. But this coach would rather blame it on the players for their lack of effort defensively rather than own up to her incompetence. There's a reason they got the number 1 pick and have been terrible 2 seasons in a row WITHOUT CAITLIN. But hey... lets blame the rookie because she doesn't know any better... NOT gonna work coach. We know how CC is under good coaching and system... bringing her down and setting her up to fail just to save your sorry ass and justify your terrible coaching WONT WORK

Malaysia Fulwely type of point gaurd play. CC just isn't athletic enough. Cant change the game on offense or defensive. Malaysia Fulwely type of point guard could athletic. Attacks the paint doesn't throw bounce passes to bigs. Attack the rim can create. Can change the game on both ends of the floor. NY would of been on skates a little bit.
