I agree with you about Morgan . She compliments him in every way. Vocally they are so beautiful together . Chris is such a great gift . He knows how to play that guitar like nobody's business. Vocally he is a beast! But I love that he can sing in every way. He definitely knows how to use his voice. I am a fan . Hell I even purchased A Chris Stapleton T Shirt!

Another amazingly talented singing by Chris Stapleton

When this song came out on country radio, was the first time I heard Chris. Then Parachute came out and I was hooked. The harmonica player is Mickey Rafael. He spent his career with Willie Nelson, and now he’s with Chris. Tennessee Whiskey at Farmaid he introduces the band. That version is great. I really enjoy your reactions!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this. You have pointed out the harmonica more than once so I thought you should know that the man behind the harp is Mickey Raphael. He has been in Willie Nelson’s entourage since the 1970s & has always been amazing.

This is one of my favs too.

The harmonica player is Mickey Raphael best known for his work with Willie Nelson. One of the best on the harmonica.

I am totally enthralled by your hat Jamel....one of the best hats I have ever seen. Reaction was great, as usual. Song was OK.......I missed Chris belting out some soulful licks. I agree with you about his wife, she compliments him perfectly. Such a pretty voice.

I am back as I promised! This was great - listen to him sing this on Farm Aid - if possible even better. I love the harmonica and his wife - the whole band is fantastic. And this is from someone who can't carry a tune in a 5 gallon bucket (ME). Great reaction!!!

You most likely heard Travis Tritt and thought it was Chris. Chris wrote it and Travis recorded it. Chris just recently put his own version out. Chris Stapelton is probably my favorite singer at the moment. But he wrote so many songs before he started singing, some can mistake some of them for him singing. Check out Travis Tritts version. Love the channel keep it up.

Next Stapleton song you should check out should be “Another Try.” He wrote it for Josh Turner, and it was good. I just found a version of his performance, and it will give you goosebumps. Such great stuff.

Jamel---do yourself a favor check out these two pieces on this stage there are performers who have over 100 grammies between them, the two lead vocals have 48 alone, the beauty and lyrical content is as good as it gets this is one "Vince Gill, Alison Krauss, Ricky Skaggs - Go Rest High On That Mountain (Live)" moves your soul and the 2nd is just beautiful "Alison Krauss Vince Gill Tryin' to get over you"

For comparison, check out Josh Turner - your man - then check Chris live on a radio station singing your man. Kicks ass. He actually wrote it which I never knew.

I love just about anything he does. If you want to check out a little new southern rock. Check out The Steel Woods- Straw in the wind or all of these years.

This is one of my favorites of his. I love that he favors Travis Tritt a little. If you react to either 'T-R-O-U-B-L-E' 'Here's a Quarter' or 'The Whiskey ain't workin' you'll hear what I mean. ( he favors him in style period, but you can really hear it in those three, I think) It's that awesome classic country sound, which was probably part of what inspired the song. Either way I love both of 'em.

They tried doing the Sam thing with Ricky Van Shelton. They wanted him to sing a song in a different octave. He said it wouldn't sound good. But they insisted. He said screw you and walked out. He hasn't put out another song since
