This is a golden age post-hardcore album. Jonny has his most powerful vocals, by far, on this record.

Absolutely - this album is peak Jonny.

This album is so fucking good, along with jonnys next emarosa album.

You just need to react to their whole album from 2010. All amazing songs. Jonny kills it.

this emarosa album is so good at just creating a wall of beautiful music to pick through as you listen.

man your channel is like my entire teens, even till now. this post hardcore era was so good. to switch it up a little, i have a recommendation: protest the hero: sequoia throne. they'll blow your mind

As always great reaction! Please keep diving into Emarosa! Heads or Tails? Real or Not is another fantastic song off this album although both Emarosa albums with Jonny slap hard from beginning to end. And when you said you felt like there was gonna be a drop at the end of this song it's because there is. This song flows right into the next one on the album.

You have to react to Parasitic cleanse by Hail the Sun. They were originally signed by will swans label and are now one of the best post hardcore bands In the scene!

It's heavier because this is actual post-hardcore, still on the lighter side, but post-hardcore nonetheless. DGD started there, but have been getting more and more watered down as time goes on. You should check out some stuff from Emarosa's first EP when Chris Roetter (Like Moths To Flames) was their vocalist. That was some real shit. My favourite track is Utah, but it's all good. Present day Emarosa are basically a pop band.
