Emarosa contains many of Jonny’s best works hands down. This song saved my life.

Emarosa is actually still a thing, though apparently it's only 2 members now, ER White being one of them, who was a founding member. They've gone thru some serious genre changes throughout. Relativity and their first EP This Is Your Way Out remain my fav, but there are things I can appreciate about every era, even their most recent stuff.

So every band he’s been in is still around with different singers. It went DGD, Emarosa, Slaves (which is rebranded to Rain City Drive), and now Old Flame who just released a new song like 2 days ago that’s AMAZING called Pray with runs that will amaze you. In all of this he releases solo music that is R&B and absolutely as amazing as the rock band stuff. My favorite JC Emarosa song is called Set It Off Like Napalm But if you wanna hear him sing R&B then for sure check out his solo stuff!!!

He only did 2 albums with emarosa before he fucked up and then they kicked him out. Then he joined the band Slaves. I don't think you've heard them yet. He did a couple albums with slaves (also amazing). Then he fucked up again and then they kicked him out. Now Jonny is just a solo artist. He makes pop songs. R and b style tracks over beats

Also, after kicking Jonny from Slaves they changed their name to Rain City Drive, (which they're alright imo, i saw them live when they were on tour with DGD this last year) And I also believe I heard that they gave the rights to the name Slaves back to Jonny incase he ever wants to rekindle a band under that name.

Please do there is only one god and his name is death by slaves.

In terms of quality, I would say they are not a band anymore. But the name is still there. Respectfully; as I know I can't speak for everyone or anyone.

Now you should react to a live performance of this song. If you thought his vocals are good in studio, they’re just as good live perhaps even better
