INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce
• Leftover brisket, chopped
• Pickles
• Onion
• Sandwich Buns
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take your leftover brisket out of your fridge or freezer. We vacuum sealed our brisket and heat it back up in the bag.
2. Slice your brisket and chop the slices into small pieces.
3. Assemble your sandwich. Take about a handful of your chopped brisket and place it on your bottom bun. Drizzle some Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ sauce over your chopped brisket, and place your sliced onion and pickle chips on top.
4. Once you have your sandwich assembled, it's time to dig in!

I know it's a different topic but I tried your butter bath this weekend. Had the bag in my cupboard for 2 yrs and never bothered to try until now. I do a lot of ribs for my friends and family and everyone said wow these ribs are special good what did you do? It improved the color, texture, and taste and moisture level was perfect. I will be using again for .sure

Nice but can't stand a dry out of the bag bun... butter that bun put on the griddle or at least toast it some before hand.

I usually like Heaths videos - but he really dialed it in on this one. He literally cut it up and put it on a bun. He skipped over the most important part, what people want to know - how to properly store your leftover brisket, and how to reheat your brisket so it isn't dry.
