Ching Shih - The Most Powerful Pirate in History? - Pixel History

Witness the rise and (lack of) downfall of Ching Shih, who worked her way from prostitution to becoming one of the most powerful pirate lords in history!
Everyone has heard of some of the most famous pirates in history. Names such as Edward "Blackbeard" Teach, Black Bart, Captain Kidd, Francis Drake, Calico Jack and so on are etched into our memories as the most stereotypical images of pirate captains. A pirate who possible eclipsed each one of these names was not even a man, however. It was Ching Shih - a powerful Chinese woman who, at the peak of her power, was said to command over 1.000 ships and 70.000 men.

I like the 8-bit look but I would suggest getting a better voice narrator. The Kings and Generals youtube channel uses a more posh British voice actor who reads from a script and its so much better. This voice sounds too slow and the accent is a bit hard to understand.

I disagree. I enjoyed the narrators voice.
