@@loveamerica5725 I like your tag. Use a low smoke point oil to make the polymerization occur at a lower temp. I didn't realize that and used sunflower oil that needs a real high temp, but holds up good. I think you will always have the need to develop seasoning over time, because it is raw steel, much like a cast iron skillet. My wife goes ballistic when people wash her cast iron in soap. She has reseasoned those many times compared to my wok. Fresno, CA

This looks so pretty! Thank you for the recipe! I usually make my bone broth in the pressure cooker to cut down on time. I still do a pre boil and rinse, then dump everything in the clean instant pot with fresh water. Hour and a half and my stock tastes like I cooked it all day! So good

Why go to a restaurant to cook our own food buying their ingredients? We can just get our own and do this in the comfort of our home with friends and family. I am looking forward to returning the favor sometime for my friend and my family.

I like the idea of including tomato; I was not familliar with that style so far. That beef tribe...? Is that the stomach or the longues ? Don' t know if I can buy it here but I'll try. I try anything for that matter...:-) Thank you for the new inspiration Mandy. Like you , also like the comfort food of an Asian Hot pot...kind regards, I keep following you :-)

Any well seasoned pan be it cast iron or carbon steel should have enough patina built up that cooking acidic foods like tomato base sauces in it is not going to hurt it. I probably wouldn't do it with a new pan out of the box, but if you're been building up a patina for a few months or years on a pan, it will be fine.
