The fresh lumpia from Globe Lumpia House is an all-vegetable hearty wrap. The ingredients are primarily shredded carrots, cabbage, papaya, green lettuce, peanut-brown sugar mix, fresh garlic, liquid hot sauce and lumpia sauce. The one from New Po Heng Lumpia House does not use shredded papaya but has other ingredients such as ground pork, minced tofu, crispy rice noodle, and seasoned roasted seaweeds. Whenever we crave for this delight we make use of readily available vegetables and ground meat like chicken as substitute or no meat at all just like the one from Globe Lumpia House.
