Since April 18th, the majority of Guangdong Province has been besieged by incessant heavy rainfall, escalating to severe rainstorms in many areas. The situation took a dire turn on April 21st when a breach occurred at the Mingzhu Wharf in Qingyuan, Guangdong, triggering a rapid response from military personnel who managed to arrive at the scene within a remarkably short span of two hours to initiate rescue operations.
The channel lists such natural disasters as:
1) Geological emergencies: Earthquake, Volcanic eruption, Mud, Landslide, Avalanche;
2) Hydrological emergencies: Flood, Tsunami, Limnological disaster,
3) Fires: Forest fire, Peat fire;
4) Meteorological emergencies: Tornado, Cyclone, Blizzard, Hail, Drought, Tornado, Hail, Hurricane, Tsunami, Storm, Thunderstorm, Tempest.

1:30 - 1:46 this man that laughing on a dog that need a help will happen on him.. if not today, it will be on another days.. this is not funny if you saw someone or any creatures on this kind of situation.. im not a perfect person and yet this is totally not funny in times of disaster..

Ive been telling my son in law about dreams i been having about floods. Im always in the country on a road and water starts coming over the road and bridges being wiped out. Current one was a flood taking out a train track.
