The Guantong TV station showed a local dam opened up all 15 gates to let out water. The water level in the dam was building up too quickly. Had they started letting out water in early April, this disaster may have been lessened.

Well you know that can’t be true, especially when you see random people out in the middle of it, doing who even knows what. They way that water came through there must be many humans and animals that got deep up in it. Do we know whether that alarm started sounding before the water arrived from the dam? If it didn’t, there most definitely would be deaths. And I know a year or two ago when there were those terrible floods from dam run off, they weren’t given any notice until it was too late.

there's a drought here now in the Philippines.. that means the water was being sent in china.. other was in the middle east..
