Indonesia is just enforcing their sovereign rights in their territory. China should be the one to stop their fishermen to enter other nations territories and obey the law to void such incidents. Other countries do not trust them anymore that they are just fishing in the region because the CCP is making their fishermen a militia over the contested territories in South China Sea. No one else to be blamed, only China or CCP it self.

I'm surprised that no one has responded. China has completely destroyed their marine resources to the point of no return and since asian cultures are highly fish oriented they had to find a way to feed their massive population. They have the largest long range fishing fleet in the world and they pillage other countries resources with trawling nets that indiscriminately catch everything in their path and destroy the marine ecosystems. When other nations push back they claim that the ocean belongs to China and they believe it always has. The PLA is the one who sanctions the fishing. What they are doing is illegal and blowing up their boats is a perfect punishment to match the crime

Don't violate someone else's territorial Waters and maybe this won't be an issue
