Chimney Inspection
This chimney, although properly flashed, leaks water into the attic.
Interestingly enough, it only leaks during extended and heavy rainfall.
The rainwater gets into the cracks and saturates the bricks to the point of dripping into house.

well now lets see.....thats an improper crown and of course the cracking, it doesn't have a flexible seal between the flue liner and crown, the flues are too close together, needs repointing, the flashing was not embedded into the brick joint even as counter flashing, and yes the cracked flue pipe...but you didn't recommended a chimney sweep contractor to scope the internal lining...those were my oberservations....just sayin
