My mom used to make tetrazzini with turkey leftovers as well. Sooo yummy! I use sherry and plenty of sliced portobello mushrooms when i prepare it.Winner every time👌🏾

It looks like the style. The cinched ends around her wrist are correct...there'd be a seam there if it were inside-out.

AK5786 I agree that it’s the style. My screen is small, so difficult to see in great detail, but I suspect that the stitching is a cover stitch. Used on a lot of athletic or casual wear. People who sew might be familiar with that.

It had been a while since I watched the chicken tetrazzini clip and this came on after. Never seen this show before but Farideh you won me over in one episode. I will try this recipe, I will watch more of your show, I will add frozen peas to my staples list, and I will measure out extra wine when I cook for a date. Still not eating mushrooms though.

A few videos ago she was making an Italian dish, had some whiskey to sip on during the show.. As she was explaining were the dish came from Sicily . She said Sicily so many times that she said to take a drink when it was said. It catch on to the point where when she say it. Take a sip of ur drink, wine , whisky, water etc... I loove cooking and drinking. My two faves especially when done together. I open a beer or make a mixed drink and watch and enjoy, while waiting for the SICILY LOL Hope this answered it.

The mycelium of button / common mushrooms grow on a sterilised mix of manure (horse and poultry) and straw, then the surface is covered with compost when the mycelium is ready to fruit, so they kind of grow on manure but out of compost.
