Both are easy to get from an Indian supermarket, the Fenugreek will be marked 'Methi'.

You can make your own garam masala. And you can get green or red curry paste from Asian markets. Coconut milk subs for cream. We use browned, marinated tofu chunks for a vegan alternative version. Luv it when men get in the kitchen 💜

Me too! I thought I had a large cabinet of spices, but truth be told, fenugreek is a new one for me. Bought mine on Amazon.
