If stovetop is challenging for you the other videos say you can use the microwave with it covered in plastic wrap with a few poked holes then stir in some butter 👍

I had the same problem then i saw that the most important thing in making mochi is that you need GLUTINOUS rice flower not simple rice flower

Same here We dont have glutoinous rice but what If we try with normal Rice Flour (grinded to powder rice) ? You think it will work. Maybe I even try today
