I’ve replaced the rear driver, and front passenger actuators for $80 🇨🇦-ian, and both outside door handles for $62, on my 08 Tahoe LTZ, Awesome! The Chevy dealer🤡’s..wanted $1600.00 for this work! 😆

The video is 14min. So it would take me less than 14min to get the job done. Maybe about 12min. Its so easy to work if you dont have to set up a camera.

I have 2011 Cadillac Escalade ESV.The drivers side rear door will not open at all. How can I release door actuator to open the door to replace actuator. Please help

Thats a tough one. Even experience mechanic will have a hard time. For me, i will buy a replacement latch first.study the mechanism, then figure out where you can start prying to release the latch.

Possible. But hard to say. Start with the drivers door. Stick your ears next to the drivers door when you hit the lock/unlock button. If you hear something click but the doors did not lock/unlock, you have a bad actuator. Then replace the drivers door actuator. In some vehicles, a bad drivers door actuator may affect the operation of other door actuator. So try to fix the driver door actuator first.

@@abcdeinformation3048 Yup, that’s exactly what happens. It clicks but none of my locks open. Also. Do you have a video for the side of the driver’s seat electrical? I can only move back, not forward🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Thankyou so much for your expertise.

@@lisavelasco8631 it use the same motor for forward and reverse. If thats the case, something is probably stuck on your seat track. More than likely a coin. You can remove the seat ad flip it up side down. But if you feel some rumbling, then you need the whole seat track
