AWSOME job. I appreciate how calm the technician is. He explained things very well. I do think that he should have replaced the little light bulb since he was already in there. But overall, it was a great video.

2003 Suburban threaded door lock rod clip replaced. I noticed the rod on the manual key lock is just dangling. I can't find a clear discription where it connects on to lock actuator. 😫 I'm stumped without pulling lock actuator back out. Any clues will be helpful. As I'm now able to open door with outside handle now obviously. ***So in your video with that keylock rod thats dangling in my truck. It pops into sliding rod within lock actuator?

Mine is the exact opposite. The interior lights stay on when I close the drivers door and when the door is closed none of the controls for the windows, lock work. Is this switch causing this problem as well?

I replaced it, but my lock seems to be binding up. *(its not the lock actuator) it feels bound up in that latch assembly. I am doing it manually , pulling the lock rod. Even using the key, its bound most of the time. I bent my key. Do you think its the new latch assembly? A defective lock?

I have a 2005 Yukon XL Denali. A thief punched in the key lock inside my door. It is not somewhere inside my door. When I put down the drivers door window the door pops open. Do I need to do everything you replaced to fix this?

Where can I get the rods?

The link in your description to buy an integrated latch from your company is not responsive. I've bought products from you before and am very pleased with the quality of them and reliability, so as a returning customer I would like to purchase a latch from you as well but am unable to do so.

I guess you can't see that I am asking that exterior door latch is not opening door .this truck is 2003 GMC Sierra single cab no key fob entry just key open !!!!!!

I wish the tech would have given better instructions on removing plastic clips holding on the handle. I managed to break two pieces because there wasn't much of an explanation besides pulling plastic clips back which I couldn't do without leather gooves

I like Len better. Good video but 6 mins+ on getting a door panel off/on is a little ridiculous
