Glad to see you using 30° on the incline work. I always felt the 45° angle that so many use hit too much anterior delt and not enough pec.
Great old school workout what you would have probably seen in Vince Giroda's, Dan Luries or Early Golds Gym workouts. Supersets are the best !

Thank you for this outstanding reminder. Sir, always having pain in my delts when I do flat bench/incline bench, as well as standing barbell curls. Any advice. I’m 65 and natural. Deadlift 415. No pain there.

You can try doing the flat and incline bench with dumbbells and use a neutral grip where your palms are facing each other so the elbows are held closer to the body and not rotated out. For the barbell curls, use dumbbells instead and rotate the wrists on the way up.

@@naturalolympia Thank you sir. I should of mentioned that I do my chest/bi work with dumbbells. Never thought of the neutron with palms facing. 👍👍😃I’ll follow your advice. All the best. Always.
