7. Alt Toe Touch Kicks
8. Pull Rotate Press
Cool-Down: 60 sec on
1. Seated Shoulder Stretch
2. Down Dog w/ Calf Stretch
3. Alt Side Bends
4. Alt Back Stretch
5. Good Mornings

    Don't be so dramatic. I had no problems seeing the workout at all. He's part of the ACHVPEAK family. People like you just love to complain.
