1. Reverse Grip Rows - L
2. Reverse Grip Rows -R
Group 4:
1. Bicep Curls
2. Good Mornings
3. Hammer Curls
Cool-Down
1. Alt Side Bends
2. Alt Back Stretch
3. Seated Shoulder Stretch
4. Down Dog with Calf Stretch
5. Cobra Pose
6. Hip Flexor - L
7. Hip Flexor - R
8. Hamstring Stretch

    Thank you Jen and DJ for doing the workouts in two versions so we can now use either dumbbells or bands. Teaching people that fitness can be versatile.
