What was pure gold to me was the fact that Black King castled, Bishop got upset so he uncastled and after asking permission to castle Black King castled again.

But sacrifing is only good if you get some good attack or get an advantage. Trading on the other hand is like trading a pawn for a pawn, bishop for bishop, etc.
