Hi Catherine! I must let you know that I made your Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pasta casserole last night and OMG , it was fantastic!!! I agree with you about the chicken broth in a beef recipe, that it doesn't overpower the flavors of the other ingredients. Going to make your Upside Down Strawberry cake recipe tonight. You have such great recipes. I make Hamburger Helper because it's cheap but I always add things to it. I take the plain beef one and add taco seasoning to it. Plus ill add things like green pepper, onion, garlic, cheese or whatever I have in my fridge. I need tostart making it from scratch to cut back on the salt.
