My Dad was a Great cook. May he RIP, I will Never forget his Fried Onions and Potatoes he made at 2 am, I was about 16 ( now I'm 57), I sampled the crispy ones, while the other ones cooked. 😅❤ He seasoned them Just Right!

My grandpa always did the cooking my grandma only did breakfast. I do the cooking now for my family and I cook so good my wife doesn't even want to try. Men can cook better than anyone, especially these days most women are not even worth cooking dinner.

I just made this. It was excellent. I would recommend anyone making this in the oven to put your biscuits on a baking sheet and cook them about halfway before putting them on the casserole. They do end up doughy, even after adding extra cook time.

Definitely will try this next time. In total needed about 25 extra minutes in the oven. I ended up flipping my biscuits for about 7 minutes to hit the doughy underside. Flipped them back and they were messy so I turned on the broiler for about a minute to brown the cheese and sauce. Still turned out great.

Kent, I've been ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese, with mac sauce only for about 30 years now. Tastes exactly the same, only more meat and no middle piece of bread! Over the years, the big mac patty has shrunk in size; thinner and smaller! I did discover (during lock down) that I could make it myself. Now I don't go to Macdonalds ever!

Boy, that casserole sounds great! I already had my supper, but my mouth was watering. I remember being inventive back in my 20's. I made myself and my husband a "White Castle casserole". Made it with macaroni, ground beef, onions and American cheese. I figured out what flavorings would recreate the aroma and taste of our favorite (and not so good for you) take-out food.

I deem this burger the "Mack Daddy" of all Big Mac burgers. Good job, Kent! Burgers up!

this is my GO TO, always in my fridge double recipe. Kent Rollins Special Burger Sauce 1/2 cup DUKES Mayo 2TBS sweet relish 1 1/2 TBS mustard 1 TBS adobo sauce 1 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 cup sweet onion

We made this for our 3 Rivers Dutch oven event at the beginning of May and it was such a hit. there was nothing left at the end of the night in the pot. I’m going to be making some of that special sauce just to keep on hand for regular burgers that we put on the grill so good. you are just awesome.

My son and I have been making our own "Big Mac's" for a few months now and they are so good. I buy my beef from a local farmer and found a place that sells sesame seed buns...the sauce is easy to make. Your casserole looks really good!

I love that magic trick!!! And all those taste testers are good animals! I am sick with the crud that blew through with the cold air. I was trying to convince my daughter to get out of her warm house and go to the Golden Arches and get me the Big Mac special! She told me NO. That I had to eat more healthy. To get well faster. That is a big load of whoooie if I ever heard it. So I am going to have soup! Y’all have a good rest of your week! Be Safe & Stay warm!

The four legged helpers have such hard jobs

This is just me, but I think when serving this, I would set this on some shredded lettuce to give it an even more Big Mac taste.

The big mac patty looked and probably taste like a coaster that one puts their drinks on. I can see a Vegas magic show in about a year, maybe two, maybe more like decades. The casserole looks like a winner.

My Wife is pretty particular sometimes but this dish just about had her dancin' like Ole Kent! Thank ya for the idea Sir, I'll definitely keep this recipe in my hip pocket!

I totally agree. I've tried a few of the others but prefer Hellman's over all. I like the mild flavor of it because it doesn't clash with other ingredients.

It kinda depends what I'm doing. For a tuna or chicken salad, Hellman's. For potato salad or on sandwiches? Duke's all week and twice on Sundays. (and if you make the mayonnaise chocolate cake and you're not going to make your own mayo at home, definitely Hellman's.) I find that Hellman's has a good honest not-stomping-everything-else flavor for savory salads and as a baking/cooking ingredient. But I like that little extra tang from Duke's when I actually want to taste my mayo. @@valvenator

Cowboy Kent I improvised on your recipe and layered up the ground beef, Big Mac sauce and cheese in a crockpot. I then scooped it on top of melted butter sesame seed buns with shred lettuce and pickles and…holy cow was it good! Ronald MackDonald would be proud!
