Tucker has literally turned into Downtown Decatur with these prices. They are absolutely crazy. Almost 700K for a home?????

Yep! I lived in Tucker for years. It’s nice and quiet but waaaayyyyy overpriced. Especially considering how far you are from the airport and downtown ATL

Nice homes but 500-600k doesn't buy you what it used to these days. They seem to be way overpriced in my estimation for those homes. Very lovely homes but the price tag is too much.

We have to get out of the mindset what we use to have or what use to be. I’m sorry it’s not coming back no time soon. Close to the hospital and trail. I love it!

The housing bubble is nuts. Century homes were like 300-320k in atlanta pre 2020

I moved out to Hampton by Atlanta motor speedway and got the same size house for $298. Definitely more bang for your buck in the further out burbs. I wanted to remain in the tucker area, I just couldn't see spending half a million dollars for such a basic home. It's a nice home just no bells and whistles. Money doesn't go as far as it use to. I wish I had bought a home back I'm 06 when I first moved here.

The HOA is pretty low. $500 annually after $1,500 initiation fee, which works out to $42 monthly. 😊

I could never see myself living anywhere that has HOA. Having to live by someone else's rules and regs on how and I can do with MY OWN HOME? No thanks! 😂 Lovely home though. I definitely pictured and pick all of my family rooms here lol

Agreed.

In my opinion, asking price is extremely too high for this Hickory house in GA even if staging was included. Limited to average size rooms,refrig & wall stove appliances inappropriately next to each other, back yard tiny & badly in need of grass seeds & landscaping, 1 room left half painted , closet space very limited. My review of The Sequoia is completely reserved as I did not anticipate reviewing incomplete showings. I do maintain pricing for it also appears extremely high in my opinion. Note: I do realize the current housing price escalation we remain in currently contributing to the current pricing on these two homes.

No privacy from your neighbors in the backyard. Price too high.

Your method of videoing makes one dizzy and unclear of the layout of the property.

Sorry for the price point even some homes that cost less the pantry has wood shelving some of the fan lighting is not up to date with current lighting. Didn’t like the police in the kitchen and the guest bathroom I connected to the entry way that is just silly. Then the master had again all that wire shelving those are two closets the master and pantry at-least should have been upgraded. Skipped on upgrades you can get in other homes but still put the price to the limit be wary when your dealing with a builder who skips on things you see at other homes included and a builder doesn’t do the same. Your just dealing with issues! Hard pass.

Just more cookie cutter blah blah blah.

The good thing about cookie cutter is that it's basically a blank canvas to make completely your own. It's basically giving you good bones. When you own a home you do what you want with it. Customize it to make it all you.
