It's so nice that you have a house big enough for all your collections. I grew up in 60s/70s so I recognized a lot of things. Thanks for sharing with us!😀 Laura in IL

Hey you can be glad that both of you are so much into collecting. My husband isn`t a collector. So I do have my collection in one room and in a cabinet of another room. Needless to see this rooms arn`t enough for a massive collection...but I am happy to have them and must respect that my husband don`t want the stuff in all the other rooms of the house! 🤣

More reliable than today’s ones. Thank you for sharing more of your collectibles/ antiques. It was very interesting. By the way. I’m not one that saw or noticed your crack. I love taking a trip "down memory lane" when i watch your videos showing your collections! So many items I remember my Grandma, Mum or even myself having and using - some of the appliances are still in working order. They were built to last back in the old days! That blonde-haired doll you showed at the 9:00 mark, is a "Sister Belle Doll", by Mattel from 1961. It was a talking doll, but often, as you have discovered, the string breaks. As regards the Avon bottle that Elvis had in his bathroom, I see that there are quite a few for sale on eBay and Etsy. It is the Avon Viking Horn, and some sellers have the accompanying box it came in as well. I love your channel, and I'm so pleased it appeared in my YT feed. You are such a delightful couple, and I really enjoy your bantering and laughter. Plus, I love learning more and more about Elvis. Keep up the good work, Adam and Mari ❤

@@a.m.vintageHi Adam and Mari, I found a rare photo of Elvis's bathroom, with all his paraphernalia on the vanity top. That's where I saw that he had an Avon Viking Bottle. Then I found some on eBay and Etsy. It would be good if you could get one for your collection. Btw, I'll try and remember your email and share a video with you that I saw today. Love, Shelley ❤

Ventriloquist dolls - gee you make me laugh! Putting one of the dolls out in the hall in the dark - SHIT!! One of my friends collects dolls, has hundreds of them all over the house. I don't mind them and when she gave me one, I put it on our bed. Ken said it made him feel uncomfortable, so I had to put her up in the spare room. Now I'm watching you saying you need a cig, Lucky Strike, and Mari's saying you don't smoke. Ken would have loved your house. We would spend hours in antique markets, just looking at all the old stuff. Hey, Alfred E Neuman - Mad Magazine! I remember him! My brothers used to buy every issue of that, and they would laugh over it for days. Mum never appreciated the humour, said it was stupid, but I used to giggle over it behind her back. Oh look at the spoons....Ken and I used to collect souvenir spoons and I still have most of them on a display rack. Maybe I should put that on a video when I film my owls. I can see a whole different video coming on... Yep I remember Heckle & Jeckle. Ken loved the Three Stooges. Laughing over the plumber's crack episode. Better than your fly being undone You didn't mention it but some of those sci-fi magazines are dated 1951. Hayley Mills was one of my favorite actresses when I was a kid. I remember her as Pollyanna. Cute doll. Leave It To Beaver....great impersonation. My family didn't get tv until early 1960's and so I didn't know any of the tv shows. When kids at school talked about Leave It to Beaver, I wondered what the heck they were talking about! Avon bottles....I have the white owl and the shaving brush. Also a glass bike and steamtrain
