    Wow, impressive cabinet full of goodness. You have amazing willpower on the ones 'you could take out' but give em another month! lol How about letting us see a typical night with your charcuterie board haha...your knives and slicer must be like razors!

    I haven't been following you for too long so im excited to see you try some of the whole muscle items on your channel - when they're ready of course! I've been making fresh sausage for a while but trying my first salami this weekend.

    Curing whole muscles is easy compared to making salami! The hardest part is just waiting.
