I was 70 did this drive 2 years ago by myself going to CO. Pulling a 23 ft trailer. Was a beautiful drive thankfully. Stayed in a great Koa campground . I still look back OMG I can not believe I got thru that. NO MANS LAND. LOVED IT
Carolyn, I am sure you have already heard about the 3 men in Baja who were shot in the head by what the DA says was cartel or just being robbed by some Mexicans. But I was just thinking about you being out there a few weeks ago and saying how safe it was. They are actually advising the all tourists avoid the area because of kidnappings and killings. I’m sad because I was planning on that being my first trip in my van 🚐 in August! Ugh! These were three big guys and they tried to fight them off but lost that battle. It’s so so sad. There’s actually a big protest today about the safety of Baja now. So please be safe. ❤❤❤

And I read that they tried to fight off the killers from stealing their truck, but after they were shot the truck was found burned….so what the hell did they lose their lives for….

My dog, Holly, got her lab results. It’s benign. Don’t know if you saw my other comment on last week’s video. She is doing better than ever since her dental stuff.
Amazing how you push past the ones that don't feel right and nail such kewl camp spots. Thumbs up!

Wow, what an environment! Spectacular, to be sure. Hope you're doing well out there. Again as always, thanks for taking us along!
Hi there. I have watched you for many yrs.i live in BC Canada.i have a 1994 winnebago brave I just love it.I have a hubby but he was a trucker so he doesn't want to travel with me. I have cebral palsy but I can walk and drive it
Carolyn you have the most wonderful life!
I also use blocks to level.....that is such a good idea to have the bubbles where you can see them from inside. I'm usually a pretty good judge of how many blocks I'll need where, but occasionally, I have given up and moved to another spot.

I've done that too!
They named that road exactly what it is. I remember the days we drove from Calif to Michigan and saw many many lonely roads
Great video! I really enjoyed watching the camp search process and the leveling tips, tricks! You looked like a real confident boss woman figuring it all out by yourself! You are a great role model for others!! Thank you!!
Hi Carolyn, I really have learned a lot from you. Thanks so much for all your hard work! 🥰
Your dog, Sadie, reminds me of my daughters service dog, Blaze. He is a rescue found on side of the road in Tennessee I believe. We live in South St Paul, MN. Warrior dog rescue brought Blaze up to MN. She just went to play and socialize with puppies. Blaze picked her out!! She wasnt looking to adopt at the time. She went back a week later and he picked her again!!! She adopted him! He is so into my daughter and helps when needed. Sadie could be a relative!! Same ears and coloring!
Nice video , lots of awesome scenery. Beautiful camping spot but you sure had to work for it to get level. Yes I have to admit that your Pizza looked real good! Safe travels to you and Sadie. 👍

Hi Richard, Yes, it was an awesome spot. I actually cut quite a bit of the process of leveling out to not bore you all to death. LOL. Eventually I got level enough to enjoy the spot. Yes the pizza was pretty good!!
Those butterflies were elegant
I love travel days! It’s a great glimpse into RV life. We also get to see how you find camp and then set up!Some times it’s nice to see the living in the RV part and not just the great adventures! ❤
My Google home just set a timer for 8 minutes, thanks Carolyn! 😂😂😂 Enjoyed your video, btw! ☺️
Some remember The Alamo... I remember the EPOCH Baja Sand Pit. 😱

Great spot to spend a few days. I hope I will be as successful at developing that travel sense once I hit the road.

Great episode as always, showing your real self, real life and the awesome beauty of nature in the American west. I have been to Eloy by the way a number of times,it truly is a great little biggest town in the area. And a lifesaver,as I had a repair breakdown just when I got there one time,no one else able to do it for over 200 miles.
Wow what. Beautiful drive!
Thanks, Carolyn, another great video.

I have found that if you put a pizza stone in your RV oven. You get a much more even cook.
Hi from BC Canada.I enjoy your videos. You are a very positive person.
Glad I know the trouble with the windshield, I thought my eyes were going. Lol. I noticed it right away.

Ely was a great town to visit 😀 we went through there in 2016 enjoyed the murals and some of the best Chinese takeout food ever
Another great video. I was saying no when you put your mail in the blue box. They have been saying those aren't being picked up. Hope your mail gets where it's supposed to. Safe travels.
Carolyn, Hiding in some soda pop alternatives are ingredients that compete with iodine for binding sites on our cells...thereby affecting our thyroid hormone functioning. I can't name names online, but I felt a lot better when I stopped drinking these sparkling beverages. Take good care ❤ Liz, PhD (neuropsychology and endocrinology).
that's one of the advantages for people who have a dirt bike or e-bike they can park it and go look for a site without worrying about getting stuck out there. Adventurevanman has found some truly amazing spots wandering on his little dirt bike. The last RV oven I had I had to always cook everything 25 degrees less than the directions as well as rotate.
Hi Carolyn, I loved the videos of Mexico with you and your friends. Beautiful scenery. I really like your videos and I like the longer videos! Stay safe and take care!!!Jodi
As always thanks again!!!

When crossing into Indiana on 50 into Vincennes the George Rogers Clark memorial is nearby, The Red Skelton Museum is also close. Take highway 41 south into Evansville, btw, 41 is part of the Dixie Highway that runs from Michigan to Florida. Evansville was a supplier of LST's during WWII, take a tour of an LST while here and visit the Evansville Wartime Museum. A League Of Their Own was filmed in Evansville and surrounding cities. I could show you my baseball glove with the stars autographs. There are some fruit and veg stand here in town also. Depending on when you get to southern Indiana watermelon and cantaloupe are available from the fields. Stay safe.
I am really enjoying your travels😊
Well hello Carolyn What a surprise Forgot it was Sunday 😂
Beautiful area!
Follow your gut instinct girl.. be safe first and foremost ♥️🦅
Yep! My rv oven is the same
Many times I've used 4x6 board pieces to level, my fav is the Anderson leveler, also I've used rocks! (I'll post the photo)
Hi Carolyn, great maneuvering on those roads. That's the one thing I worry about boondocking. My class c is 27 feet and crappie roads. I guess I could do a 100 point turn around 🤷 😂lol. Blessed travels always. Thanks again for your videos
Loved this episode, as usual! Always look forward to a new video every week! P.S. I keep a pizza stone in my RV oven at all times….helps mine to keep the temp even.
Thanks for another RV adventure
@carolynsRVLIFE if something inside of you tells you something is wrong, that is your conscience.listen to your conscience.❤
Enjoy your secluded campsite!
Hello Carolyn, been watching for years - rarely comment. I’m always behind on video’s… I live in Salt Lake and always wanted to meet you. I’m sure you are miles away from Sale Lake. I retired last year and satellite out from my house in a Roadtrek van with two small dogs. I grew up camping and doing road trips with family. It has always been in my blood. Now I get to go as I please. I am loving retirement. Enjoy your drive through Utah it is a beautiful state. Kelly
I know Sadie had a limp that went away, a sign of Lyme disease. Has she been tested for this? Thanks for sharing your experiences. 🐕🐾🐕
You are amazing
great adventure ! shivering black bell thumbs up and hearts!
I was with Carolyn in my dream last night. Just driving around. Weird. Had to share. Not lying either.
Beautiful campsite. :)
great job Carolyn, ,been watching for years . You never get old with you channel. i llive in my van now after selling my home and im happy i just still work some at 70. Not much..i want to hit the road for the Ozarks...soon . Keep up the great work..Nancy

Makes me wanna get in my minivan and go somewhere❤😅

Awww❤ always Carolina. You spire me
That was funny, I don't care who you are. -- That's is one of the catch phrases from Larry the Cable Guy.
I swear, I don't know how you do it. Que cajones!
I am sure there is something you can put on the window in case someone wouldn’t think you left Sadie in a hot car. Some people may call the police if they thought that she was in danger. Just a thought.
Looked for the Sunday video too. Nothing. Now it’s Wednesday. Hope all is fine.
Great western music!!! Its like a clint eastwood movie..
That waggle monitor is great thing
Well, like your other fans I hope to see you someday, I know I won't, but I am less than seventy miles north of Salt Lake City. Probably about as close as I will ever be. By next week I will have been a year in this lifestyle. Your videos have been very helpful. I do still have a lot to learn.
Yummy Daiya pizza is my favourite gluten free pizza, I'm planning on a camping trip this summer and you give wonderful tips and tricks on your videos :)

New Sub here! Love your video!
When you finished leveling the rig, Did you notice the SNAKE in the bush you filmed ?
Next gas stop....Wendover, as you will be missing Wells....your trip sure brings back memories. Be cautious walking out in the middle of nowhere as there are rattlesnakes and no close hospitals.
Dry long day for Sadie. 25:33

Carolyn, that was a very pretty place you camped at. I love Arugula myself. Thank you so much for the video. Really love watching you. Stay safe.
I loved how you shared your pizza with us! Stay safe, my friend. I'm still watching and lovin you!
Love your videos Have you thought about 4x4 van.
Yea, me and Google don’t get along. Google tells me ‘turn left’ ……and there IS no left, or turn left or right and it’s the opposite. Grrrr. When I’m in the city and not pulling anything, it’s just irritating, but when I’m pulling my 30 ft TRAILER behind me, it can be quite scary….with no place to turn around or back up. So yea, me no trust Mr/Miss/Ms/They/Them…..whatever Google.
Scouting the road ahead with a drone is something I hope to be able to do someday. I'm in a mid-sized suv. I no longer have my motor home with a 454, so no real power to get out of a sticky muddy rutty road situation. I just found your video yesterday about wifi names and got busy with tasks so I'm glad I found you again today. Will be following you. I've lived and traveled in my car for six years now. At my daughter's now but plan to head to NM next month. Hugs to all the great women out living a peaceful life!
We'll be in the area late this year. Thanks for showing us some of the beautiful scenery! I loved the trick with leaving the camera on the ground while you drove off! Glad you didn't forget about it and walked all the way back to get it! lol I'm sure that was well planned in advance! BTW, we're considering the Waggle Pet Monitor for our cats! Thanks again
You might want to consider doing a security block (it’s called something like that) where no new credit cards, etc can be opened in your name. If someone stole your tax returns/SSN/info out of the mail. It might be called a credit freeze (?)
Hi carolyn good to see you, looks like your having a blast as usual! Loved your csmpsite beautiful. Looks like plentyof wide open for sadie to explore, hope we see you at the lower elevation,, safe travells!
