Are they automatically referred to as hero’s because they’re supposedly officers of the law? Given the mass level of corruption amongst police officers all over America, chances are they certainly might not have been and their tyrannical behaviour could have even contributed to this. An unfortunate incident if not however.

Those four officers risked there lives for the citizens of that state. If you own your gun illegally and then acted this way, theres no doubt that they had intel the suspect to indicate that he had a high risk of eventually doing what he did there. R.I.P

This is a shocking incident, I hope the families of the fallen police officers find peace, comfort and that a lot of support given to them to help them in their time of need. On another note, I've read somewhere online that in the US, a large majority of households have seen more guns than fresh vegetables. Is this true? I want to get some answers on this.

Stats from multiple studies over the years have concluded that as guns per capita has increased in the US so has gun crime, so how exactly do they expect to be rid of this kind of thing if they think getting more guns will solve the issue? I don't think you really need to study anything to realise the logic is just a little flawed...
